> 1. Agreement
Node37 is a single-player interactive fiction game operated by Nothing But Dope, LLC. By accessing or using Node37, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use Node37.
> 2. License to Use
Node37 and all associated software, artwork, characters, dialogue, music, and narrative elements are the intellectual property of Nothing But Dope, LLC. We grant users a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and play Node37 for personal entertainment purposes. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
> 3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Node37. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 16 or older.
> 4. Your Account
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share or sell your account. You may delete your account at any time. When an account is deleted, associated personal data stored by the platform will be removed from active systems within a reasonable period of time.
> 5. Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer Node37
- Use Node37 to attempt to extract harmful real-world information from the AI system
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the game
- Attempt to bypass safety controls or AI guardrails
- Interfere with the operation of the service
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
> 6. AI-Generated Content
Node37 uses artificial intelligence to generate fictional dialogue and narrative content. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, fictional information, or unexpected content. All AI dialogue is part of a fictional game and should not be interpreted as factual, advisory, or instructional. Node37 does not provide legal, financial, medical, technical, or security advice.
> 7. Content & Themes
Node37 contains dystopian themes, psychological tension, and simulated surveillance environments. This is a work of fiction. All characters, events, and dialogue are fictional. The surveillance systems depicted in Node37 are fictional and are not representations of real-world infrastructure.
> 8. Privacy
Your privacy matters. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, use, and your rights.
> 9. Liability & Availability
Node37 is provided "as is" with no warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of this platform. AI-generated content is fictional and we accept no liability for its interpretation or use. We do not guarantee continuous availability of Node37 and may suspend or discontinue the service at any time. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for any reason.
> 10. Service Modification
We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of Node37 at any time without notice. Features, gameplay mechanics, and narrative content may change as the platform evolves.
> 11. Intellectual Property Claims
If you believe that material available on Node37 infringes your copyright, please contact us at theteam@nothingbutdope.com. Include a description of the allegedly infringing material and your contact information.
> 12. Export Compliance
You may not use Node37 if you are located in a jurisdiction subject to United States sanctions or export restrictions.
> 13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to Node37 shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section. You agree that:
- Disputes will be resolved individually
- You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit
- Arbitration will occur in Los Angeles County, California
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
> 14. Changes & Governing Law
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
